Back Page Days
Back page days heard a ringin' phone,
kelly called me up and said let's get stoned,
Runnin in the streets with the boys from town,
meeting new friends and laughin' about,
Skatin' at the park till the cops come down,
chasing us off now we're running around,
Night time comes but it's all the same,
the spot light games is a' what we will play,
I've never too old to think about,
Those back page days,
We traveled on down to the liquor store,
we pooled our money and we walk in the door,
Bottle of vodka with a mix of sprite,
fake ID's and we party all night,
Holla at the ladies that we see on the road,
runnin' into homies that I used to know,
Chillin on the porch with a cat named Pete,
got nothing but love for the people we meet,
I've never too old to think about,
Those back page days,
Another summer day and the sun's so bright,
headin to the pool and we're feelin alright,
Floatin in the water with a boom box on,
I once had a care but now it's gone,
Sittin on the roof starin up at the sky,
lookin at the stars in the middle of the night,
Thinkin' bout the world and a where we'll be,
nothin really matters when you're with me,
I've never too old to think about,
Those back page days,
kelly called me up and said let's get stoned,
Runnin in the streets with the boys from town,
meeting new friends and laughin' about,
Skatin' at the park till the cops come down,
chasing us off now we're running around,

Those back page days,
