Floating Free

You and me were lost upon the sea
When a tree joined unexpectedly
The tree spoke "I lost my rooting place
It sank without a trace and now I am floating free"

Then we heard the clear voice of a bird
Though at sea, it still sang happily
"Look at me I'm floating on the sea
My home is here with me and we are floating free"

You and me spoke to the bird and tree
"Is it strange your worlds been rearranged?"
They just laughed while they were floating passed
"Where would you rather be? For we are floating free"
