40 Years From Now

I have been thinking lately
Observing keenly
What this world is turning to
Might have done so many things, that I shouldn't do
But you won't grow if you don't fall
You got to struggle before your call
Tell me where you gonna be?
You and your family
40 Years from now

40 Years from now
Would I be walking on the street?
With the aid of a walking stick
40 Years from now
40 Years from now
Would I be here to see my grandchildren?
My lovely family and Kindred
Or would I be lying sick in bed
Where would I be?
40 Years from now

The world is insane
Inflicting much pain
Causing panic and fear
Means the end time is right here
Signs of the time
In this wrong is right and right is wrong
Families and marriages losing their bond
Tell me where you gonna be?
You and your family?
40 Years from now

40 Years from now, where would you be
Have you thought about that?
I may be writing my statement or facing my judgement
Where would you be?
40 Years from now, where would you be
Have you thought about that?
I may be writing my statement or facing my judgement
Where would you be?

It's very unfortunate what mankind is doing to the earth
Subjecting humanity to fatality right from birth
Global catastrophic inventions, causing enormous
Continuous and unending pain
God is weeping
While we're creeping
In a bid to extinct his creation
Today, hate has taken the place of Love
And love simply means money
But how well we treat others today
Will determine how well our end will be
Are you gonna be here 40 years from now
40 Years from now, this song will be born
