The Folker

So I'm sure to tell all about a boy
There was a cabin in nowhere
Where this boy used to sit at his window
And plays guitar daddy gave him
Singing lonely and morning songs
All the time, he was lookin' at the sunset

And sometimes he used to say
"You're beautiful but a little less than my darling"
But why d'you, don't you, it's why she's gone
And the boy played lovely chords

Just like A major, D major and E major
And then the next morning, he would sing alone

When his mother gone away and pa passed away
His mother said, "Son, one day at a time
I just can't care about you for real, but
You're gonna get there and I know it
You don't have to try to find me
From under the sunlight, I'll be observing you"

And the boy grew a little about 15
He said, "My Lord, what else I miss to do?"
I lost my ma, pa, my big brother and the love of my life

What's gonna be taken from me?
But the sun was there every single final day
When he could see the beauty to cheer him up

With his guitar on his arms and young fingers
To do for many teens and a whole people
It wouldn't be easy for certain, however
The boy just knew what he was going to sing to make in the world
