The Fallen Angels

They came from above
They corrupted the earth
Spread evil over love
But what did they birth
Then next came the flood
It came so sudden
It sounded like a thud
It washed away the blood

Such magnificent leaders
Now maleficent creatures
Our benevolent guardians
Our malevolent aliens
Once they were a part of us
Leading all our hearts to trust
But there came a time when they lust and they played
That they chose to rebel just disobeyed
How many times do I even say
Th'I'm disappointed in dismay

The fallen angels
Saw and lusted after
The daughters of men
Took them as wives
The women bore giants
Who soon turned against
Mankind's conduct
Malevolence struck

Such magnificent leaders
Now maleficent creatures
Our benevolent guardians
Our malevolent aliens
Once they were a part of us
Leading all our hearts to trust
But there came a time when they lust and they played
That they chose to rebel just disobeyed
How many times do I even say
Th'I'm disappointed in dismay

And I can't help but think in awe

Not only did the angels
Breed with the daughters of men
But they taught the weaponry
Charms, spells, and astrology
Such as Azazel who taught men
To make swords, knives, shields, and breastplates
Metals of the earth, antimony
Precious stones, dyes, and coloring
Men began to turn away
From GOD to their sins and lusts
'Twas but all corruption
Death, blood, and destruction
And as men perished they cried
In despair, pain, and anguish
Their cries went up to heaven
Then the angels got confined

Do they still linger beneath us
Or do some still torment us
