FREE PARKING

She stands in a rocking chair
Pretends the wind is blowing through her hair
Tossing paper airplanes
That seem to be going nowhere

She talks in a pleasant manner
Speaking with the most agreeable grammar
Perplexing to the people
That don't understand her
She hangs herself on the wall
Without a hammer

Free parking for a desperate mind
A thoughtful intermission where the chairs recline
Hesitation proves to be the only way
To find yourself without a trace

She complains of an aging complexion
That laughs behind a mirrors reflection
I she'd disregard what she sees
She'd recognize the deception

She dreams of a better disguise
As she waits for the train to materialize
To take her away to where there is no wayside
She goes through all her closets
But still she can't decide

Free parking for a desperate mind
A thoughtful intermission where the chairs recline
Hesitation proves to be the only way
To find yourself without a trace
