My foundation rattles
My knees give way
My heart seems surrounded
By life and searing pain

I pray for air
I ask Him for rest
There's a panic pounding
It's drums inside my chest

Only You
Can bring me rest
Lord please find me here
Please lift up my head

Then a light breaks through
Just as quickly as the dark did flee
My eyes are blinded
Only my heart can see

A great and steady peace
That ushers the dark to leave
It's a slow and steady rest
That consumes my ever aching chest

It's a constant rushing joy
That bridges life to my noise
A familiar faint Peace
That was always whispering to me

I sing Hosanna
Yet I don't know what it means
I sing Jahova Rophe
And the words surprise even me

There's a fresh new praise
Joy that's wrapped in gladness
Consumes every single phrase

What is this great lightness
That has lifted up the dark?
Why's my heart floating?
Why's my memory of it stark?

Who is this King of Kings
That's calling out my name?
He calls to me, son
Drop your act and foolish games

I've come through so you may be whole
I've come to set you free
Of that ugly darkest feeling
That used to be your king

Take heart in this new beginning
Just look now up to Me
If you find Me, so will be your healing
If you see me, so will be your need

I'll mend these wounds
I'll remove your earthly shackles
I'll tear down these walls
Removing stronghold's castles

Now let Me build you up
Brick by heavy brick
Walk this narrow road with Me
As you'll find your life in it

All along the way you'll find robbers
Death and destruction
So pick up your mending kits
And mend the world's concussion

This journey will be hard
And you may even give your life
But remember glory will make new
All the toil and strife

I've set a place for you
And nothing will be lost
I've paid the debt for you
I've settled all the costs

Now come and sit with Me
In the glory and in the clouds
And let the heavens sing
With rays of light spoken loud

Know that I love you
As I hope you'll love me
But don't just do it in words
Make it true with your deeds

And so the Father's love will be found in you
As it is in Me
And forever we'll dine together
Laughin' at the Fathers feet

Great joy and great love
Beyond all imagined
Awaits His sons and daughters
Beyond what they can fathom

So set a table with Me
And dine with Me today
Take out your bread and eat
With wine raise and say

With this We become One
We drink the harder glass
That's sons & daughters may be first
By putting themselves last
