Something More

Something more, than what this life has to offer
Something more than problems, that include profits

Something more than switching out in the tropics
Something that I cry about from, laughin' bout it

Something that,I lack from is my lack of responses
Still I survive through the storm and the cold vibes

When life comin' at you from all angles and sides
And they don't wanna see that you smilin' from inside

Love certain ones but never get attached to em'
I gave them nice things, but wasn't enough to them

And then there's one's who have no control towards you
Make you feel down when you give everything you had

But that can't be me anymore as i'm ten steps ahead
I'm in control of my destiny, never in doubt

If I can't make it with you, I'll make it without
They say, people start to follow me just for the clout

But I couldn't care less as long as the digits go up
But maybe there's something more than digits and banking accounts

Something more to life than sayin' I figured it out?
Something more?

I always loved a challenge, but challenged by who?
There's over a thousand who want to be a recruit

Then there's some who say they have nothing and walk in groups

They start doing things, they said they would never do
But no one's there to guide them, they end up being troops

There's still nothing they could really do
Too bad reality checks don't cover the balance due

I got a fear of having' things on my mind when I die

What you got? Time on your hands or time on your side
Something more than buying trips to go to Dubai

Something more than working the average nine to five
Something more than saying that all these cars are all mine

I'll leave this place, in order for my dreams to shine
Worrying about my past about all the crimes

Now I sleep and wake up hearing chimes in my mind
Something more than having all of these fortunate times

Am I missing' something that's more important to find?
Something more to life than just feeling alive
