Lost Child
It's a lost child
Smothered in reality
Nowhere to go
Nowhere to go for the little man
For the lost child
Growing up, angry at society
No one to teach him about life
It's a lost child out here
Lost child
Lost child
Out the stomach was an innocent, desiring infant
That was smaller than society but his mind was the biggest
With a dream of achieving what would grow into inches
And make him turn into a genius from a different dimension
Who would of knew that he would suffer with an illness for tension
To deliver evilness that was planned intentional
By satan, as his burning sensation would rise high
Hypnotizing him for him to kiss his dreams bye, bye
But the child would think that it was just a myth that would pass by
But little did he know that he was cursed for a lifetime
Cause he would feel his feelings form a shift in his conscience
Hatching and shedding demons that would shit on his conscience
He lost his confidence and struggled with the guilt that was knocking
And stuffed the child's door of opportunities in the coffin
Life for him was challenging and wouldn't come with a smile
Completely shattered and damaged, as a lost child
Life is full of pain and crooked fake smiles, fake smiles
But we must keep fighting 'as we go, we go
Steps on down this road add up to lost miles, lost miles
Lost child
He grew up, disgusted and put himself in a circle
And built his own little world and wrote his feelings in journals
And didn't give a flying fuck if he had no where to turn to
As long as music didn't leave him and would stay for eternal
But he was hurting and the people that he trusted 'betrayed him
Even his family were faker than the snakes in his basement
He had no interest for society and what it would offer
Cause he would feel as though, It forced his happiness to get smaller
By having to work for dead presidents on rectangle paper
His life was meant for him to suffer now, then dropping dead later
He had no energy for life but he would try to survive
From out the checks of his jobs of working 9 to 5
He ran into a little love but it was off and on
Cause anybody he was with wouldn't stay with him long
Cause he was different with a vision of inventing a sound
That reached to millions, that would crown him "as a lost child"
Life is full of pain and crooked fake smiles, fake smiles
But we must keep fighting 'as we go, we go
Steps on down this road add up to lost miles, lost miles
Lost child
Lost child in the world
Doesn't know where to go
Nowhere to turn to but music
That's all he has
It's a lost child
It's a lost child
Smothered in reality
Nowhere to go
Nowhere to go for the little man
For the lost child
