Friend, you say in God you don't believe
His saving grace is a concept you can't perceive
How do you know, you say, it doesn't matter, anyway
To dust we all return; that's it, no more

But, my friend, what if you are wrong
Eternity's too long to be

You say that you were blind, but now you see
Yet your faith is not grounded in calvary
You say that you will never burn
If you are wrong, you shall return to pay for all your deeds

A day comes when you'll find out you were lost
And redemption cometh only through the cross
