Trip-Addicted

I remember my old life, before we took the chance to empower the world with artificial intelligence
That world was just as fearless and beautiful as the one I live in now, with the only difference being that we were more technologically advanced
And I still don't know what year and where I ended up
The sound waves from the transmission have put me back into a state of unconsciousness and now I'm wandering aimlessly around in my head again

And now I'm wandering aimlessly around in my head again
And now I'm wandering aimlessly around in my head again

The difference is that now everything is black and no light can bring me out of this state
But it feels like I'm familiar with this dark void and have been here countless times before
And with every second that passes, these wierd questions resurface
Who was the man on the phone when I was in hospital and how did he know that I would find answers to my questions on an old radio station?
Who wrote the note and then started the music program right after?
Questions upon questions that occupy me in this darkness, but I can't come up with any answers
No matter how much I think about it, it can't be possible that I am the chosen one to start a time travel to prevent my future

It can't be possible that I am the chosen one to start a time travel to prevent my future
