I look around me and all that I see
Are people searching for something always just out of reach
They seem to be stuck in a rut, always on the same street
They're looking for a little light in this dark eternity
So they do what they can, and they do what feels right
But something's missing in their lives and they're losing the fight
Good starts to become bad and bad starts to become good
And no one realizes that because all the lines have been blurred

The world is slipping from the God they once knew

As we turn our heats to Him, all of our mistakes He can delete
If we truly repent and strive to never repeat them

Where Satan tries to convince us all that we will never win

But abundant blessings await us so lift up your chin
