Thanks to the Shining Star

When I heard of Him I went searching
Wandering aimlessly in the dark
Then a light appeared in the darkness
I knew right then it must be His star

Til it found a resting place

He stands out from all of the others
But certainly not a broadway star
He's a light of the old straight and narrow
To wise men from afar
They look up to the shining star
