We're catching up with the guys from Eli Young Band
They just put out their first full studio album in three years
I can't believe it's been that long
But they've got a great album, and we wanna give you a chance to hear it all
And then we invite you to either download it

And I have to say
I think this next song that we're gonna play
Is probably my favorite song on the album

I love this one
It has such an infectious groove
I know it was co-written by Ryan Hurd
And Big Machine Music's Laura Veltz

So, tell me about finding this song
Was it the groove or did you relate to the sentiment of this song?

Never Again was obviously we did- we didn't write Never Again
Um, we fell in love with the groove of the song
And the catchiness of, of how they wrote these lyrics
You know? From the moment you start listening to it
You wanna groove to it, you know?
And um, had I known how hard this song was gonna be to sing
Ha, I probably would've thought twice about it
Um, but it worked out really well
There really is almost nowhere to breathe
Between some of these lyrics, um
So, I had actually figure out where I was gonna able to get breaths in
To sing, you know, the song
And um, it worked out really well, I think
Uh, Never Again, I've been kind of saying is
Is like the sequel to Drunk Last Night
But only a good sequel that people would actually love

Ahahaha
Well, I definitely love it
Again, I think it might be my favorite song in the album
