Green Billz

I'd like to see how these green bills get made,
What's the big idea anyway?
The tide is out and the blue herons are on the shores of the West Bay

I manipulate my hair in such a way that theres no chance it'd fall out of place
Two elastics on every tail never fails

Last spring two horses on the corner by our old house with their coats on made me feel Some kind of way about everything, one horse with spots, the other all grey

Cleared my concrete stairway free of autmunal leaves, swept while I talked with my dad about my dreams

I hate the dollar bill, tell me what will we do when she's had enough, eat the bill to get thru?

I manipulate my hair in such a way that there's no chance it fall out of place
Two elastics on every tail never fails

Calypso sleeps on my bed, watching me do my thing in five directions at once
Everything comes together with me
