Hymn

It's good to sit a while and talk to myself
Be here for myself
Knock dust off my shelf
Throw light into corners where the sun never shines
In that dark distant place
In the back of my mind

My home is my body
Where I live inside
Where I dream and I think
And my senses divide

My eyes are my window
My mouth is my door
My arms are my shelter
My feet are my floor
I cast my own shadow
I make my own fear

When the day is all done
And tomorrow has come
We'll all take a walk in the sun

It's good to stand up and look over the wall
Look at the world
Far away from it all
Fly in the sky and see it all from above
The weakness of life
And the power of love
