Laundry Party
Meander through the blockade like a spilling runnel
As the purling reverbs in this upturned tunnel
Wink your way in at the chameleon sentry
Then dive in the milky interior, through the entry
You'll get hit by the aroma of sweet stardust
An essence that'll leave you nonplussed
Fumble your pockets for the cerulean coins
The final step before you'll get to join
Welcome to the Laundry Party!
Come and wash away your throes
We'll get to the delicate cycle first
Let's see how far this groove really goes
Please move closer, in this humble launderette
As she comes down from the kelp on the ceiling
You'll be guided by the steam-engined majorette
Her pupils like sequins, are oddly revealing
The arabesque patterns flow like geyser springs
As you reshuffle in your frenzy, descending on a skiff
She directs you beyond the point where they swing
Eventually you'll see them as marbles with glyphs
Welcome to the Laundry Party!
Come and take off your clothes
You're fated to soak in colours
As litmus on a dew in a primrose
Swim to the lily pads in the porthole cascades
All over this palatial gorge akin to an open arcade
Where amaranth drays are carried by frosted gazelles
With thirst that only fresh bamboo taps can quell
We'll revel in the lint islets in the luminescent cave
If they melt, we'll rebuilt them in each passing wave
Sometimes we inhale the blazing hookah in a dare
And exhale a flurry of bubbles in the air!
Here's to the Laundry Party!
You may relax but never doze
Whether wishes are compressed
Or ready to be fired in the cannon hose!
The turquoise whale will never touch the surface
As it grazes on the mother pearl
But you can talk with it using the organ's cylinders
Lodged in the vertical slab of the slope
Lustrous spume will soon gloss in your mind
Make sure to not fall far behind
Don't enclose your experience in a tie
Just watch the textiles crest
And then tumble dry...
As the purling reverbs in this upturned tunnel
Wink your way in at the chameleon sentry
Then dive in the milky interior, through the entry
You'll get hit by the aroma of sweet stardust
An essence that'll leave you nonplussed
Fumble your pockets for the cerulean coins
