Sunder

Witnessing the dissolution of yourself

Disoriented; The visage lingers incessantly
You feel it slipping; drowning in the nothingness

As you lay
Struggling to avert your pain
You beg and plead
But it wont fade
Now, can you see?
The final course your life will take
The struggle for release
The ever burning agony

As the soul is ripped in two
Dissolution consumes you

Trembling from the shock and fear you feel
As the life is siphoned from within
Left to wonder
What could have brought this affliction upon your wretched life?
The second phase sets in as your pain intensifies
Separation from inside is met with exacerbated cries

They keep going, but you won't let go

At last, the impending doom sets in
As you realize there is no deliverance

Realizing true fear while you watch yourself slowly die

Slowly die

Splitting the essence from flesh
A cessation of self
Out of body
Watching as you decompose
Your cadaver; drifting shadows
Slowly rotting
Fading in and out
The figures begin swirling
Lost direction
No salvation for you
Resentment harbored within
Sinking faster

As blood trickles down your face
Eyes opening, returning to reality
Being forced to reawaken, now an entity of your ceaseless rage
Before your eyes, a symbol once unseen now lies in wait
And as it beckons your withered limbs
You recall your omnipresent fear

And it's all brought to the surface
What's been brimming below those eyes of yours
The reason for all the pain you've endured, you've suffered
While your stagnant body ponders

As you lay
Struggling to avert your pain
You beg and plead
But it wont fade
Now, can you see?
The final course your life will take
The struggle for release
The ever burning agony

And as it beckons your withered limbs
You recall your omnipresent fear

Now that you've been slowly corrupted from the inside out
A final, yet reoccurring thought lingers from the back of your mind

But it was all brought to the surface
What was brimming below those eyes of yours
The reason for all the pain you've endured
As you fade away
While your stagnant body dissolves
