Bed of Faith

Peter and the rest of the disciples freaked out when the storm came
But I was asleep cause I control the rain
Abraham, Moses, and Caleb had faith, and I acted immediately
That's why Joshua, David, and Elijah had faith in me repeatedly

I didn't let them be ashamed
Blessed assurance is in my name
Faith coming by hearing, and hearing by my words
If you didn't get results, unbelief is to blame

And prayer and fasting account for the other two-thirds
That's a shame, because I can't, don't, and won't lie
Trusting your God is something you should try
Through faith, you are my daughters and sons

Through faith, the paraplegic man came on his bed and left being able to run
Faith, even if it don't make sense, I made the earth
You don't think I can handle everything else
I designed you with worth

Do you really think I would leave you
Never. I loved you first
I go to prepare a place for you
In the meantime, with a fresh white sheet, I've got this bit of faith for you

Until we meet, remember I'm faithful and everything I say is true
Trust me when you pray, and from mustard seeds to mountains, nothing shall be impossible for you
