Thought Alien Eyes

From distant stars, they came to see
Humanity's plight, a mystery
Greed and aggression, the currency
Their hearts heavy with what they see
A world in chaos, longing to break free
In their eyes, hope's flickering plea

The brains primitive, darkness reigns
Cooperation lost, in selfish gains
Impertinence like venom, it stains
Their sorrow deepens, as it remains
In the tangled web of human chains
Our minds feel humanity's pains

They sought connection, a bond to find
But found a species, lost in its mind
Violence and greed, leaving scars behind
In a world divided, no peace to find
Yet amidst the chaos, a spark, a kind
A glimmer of hope, in the their grind

In the silence of space, they cry
For a world consumed by its own lie
A plea for change, for humanity to try
To soar beyond, reach for the sky
For in unity's embrace, they imply
Lies the answer, to reach the ultimate high

In the depths of time, a chance is born
Yet hope fades, like stars at dawn
For humanity, the die is cast, forlorn
In chaos's grip, forever worn
With each step forward, darkness is sworn
A future where unity is mourned
