Jericho - Spotify Interview
Jericho, it's a very private song
But what I will say is that it's just about a person being a city
And that city being Jericho
It's perhaps, the most visceral song on the album
I mean, there's a kind of intensity and focus that when Pop accomplishes that
It is, its, you know finest moment
And I think with Jericho we become pretty damn close to that
You know, reminds me a lot of certain Elton John songs or Fleetwood Mac
These up-tempo numbers that are at the same time, incredibly emotional and
I wouldn't say sinister, but, but war-like
But what I will say is that it's just about a person being a city
And that city being Jericho
It's perhaps, the most visceral song on the album
I mean, there's a kind of intensity and focus that when Pop accomplishes that
